In the Masters of Business Administration program at Western Washington University created and co-teach a six-month MBA integrative capstone comprised of two courses, the first case based and the second project based.

Integrated strategy, marketing and finance within a real options framework. Completed over 70 consulting projects for companies ranging from Fortune Five to boutique startups.

Led a team to create an original study for Amazon Global Talent Management. Performed a literature review, built a conceptual model, analyzed 80,000 employee records, designed qualitative study to derive hypotheses, designed a quantitative study to test hypotheses, identified insights and wrote a paper from the findings that was distributed internally at Amazon and delivered to Jeff Bezos, who funded the implementation of the recommendations. Completed a similar study for Fortive across 21 different business units.

Identified fifteen key frameworks from the MBA curriculum that consistently deliver immediate value in a consulting context, wrote cases from real world consulting engagements to practice identifying and integrating the frameworks, and recruits and co-leads strategy consulting project to apply frameworks in action.

Developed and taught MBA Consulting Capstone 1 & 2, Strategic Management, Managerial Finance, and Marketing Management.
